Parent conferences and goal-setting for the beginning of school year
Floor plan and permit to finish basement for child care
Hours - 6:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday with some evening/overnight hours. Closed most holidays
Menu - February's menu for children
The infant menu is breastmilk/formula and age-appropriate cereal, fruits, veggies, etc. I use organic and natural foods when feasible, especially infant food such as Earth's Best and Gerber Organic. Fresh fruits and veggies are washed with specially formulated fruit and vegetable wash.

Policies and Forms
In April 2009, someone pointed out to me that a new daycare provider, whom I hadn't known about and who lives very close to me, had copied my forms and posted them on her website with very minor changes such as simply putting her logo where my logo was. This is copyright infringement. Most daycare providers, including me, are very happy to help out other providers especially new ones. Creating forms and paperwork takes many hours. Just as no two home child cares are exactly alike, their forms will have some similarities but will be unique. If permission isn't already posted, please ask before borrowing. Here are links to the standard forms and paperwork required by the county, which are the same for every licensed provider in Wright County:
